1) UPDATE ON XRI COMPONENTS IN HIGGINS

Markus and Drummond will provide an update on the XRI components that have
been developed for integration of XRI and XRDS for context discovery in
Higgins. Relevant links:

2) UPDATE ON PROGRESS OF XRI RESOLUTION 2.0 WORKING DRAFT 11 ED03

Drummond will give a report on the status of ED03. Over 90% of the work has
been completed but the last 10% will still require another 48 hours. We will
go over a checklist of remaining items, including the need for a Conformance
section. For reference, the relevant docs/wiki pages to be discussed on the
