1) REMINDER ON OASIS STANDARD VOTE ON XRI 2.0 SPECIFICATIONS

Both ballots are currently open - please vote ASAP!

XDI.org (Markus) and Giovanni's university have both voted. Bill will vote for Booz Allen as soon as OASIS IT fix voting membership (I'm voting rep for Booz Allen Hamilton, but not vote-enabled). Am sending email to Mary about it.

2) TREATMENT OF XDI LITERALS

Continuation of the discussion on the email thread about the topic of
whether XDI RDF graphs can/should be renderable entirely as XRIs, and what
it would mean to treat a literal as an XRI.

Markus' implementation keeps them separate, but he said it would likely not be difficult to change.

Giovanni for treating literals using Bill's approach, for the benefits pointed out in email, and said that he thought the two possible obstacles could be overcome (encoding, and ??, see email)

Further discussion, with goal of achieving consensus decision, scheduled for next telecon.
