As Tony requested yesterday I have gone through this document.

 

It is an excellent piece of work. Congratulations.

 

The only issue I could find was the mistake in the XLIFF code at the end of section 3.3. The second source element should be a target.

 

I would also like to second the suggestion from Christian that it would be a good idea to have a complete XLIFF file as an example.
