Two quick comments:

1) Rodolfo and I had an officer's meeting to access the "state of the TC and XLIFF 2.0" - we think if we could pass all of the proposed features, we could have a committee draft ready in time for the XLIFF Symposium - need to see if anyone wants to take items signed up to inactive members

2) Added the charter to the agenda. It might be a little dry to talk about - but it needs to be updated.
