Broken links detected in csprd03:  (Editorial issues, except for two
apparently missing files in "schemas")

   - Non-Normative References: [SRX] is apparently outdated, broken as of
   now.
   -  "wd01" in link at 5.6.2 should be "csprd03"
   - Appendix B - list item 3 - the hyperlink (not visible in the text!)
   contains extra ".xml" at end:
