2) XRI RESOLUTION 2.O WD 11 ISSUE #37 - SERVICE REFS

We did not cover this topic last week, and we need to discuss it prior to
completion of WD 11. See the writeup on:

It includes three proposed solutions, all of which are variants on the same
core theme. It would be ideal if we can close on one of these tomorrow.	


3) XRI SYNTAX 2.1 ABNF

We had another excellent syntax team discussion about the ABNF today on a
call hosted by Les Chasen. We are making good progress but need to keep
going. Marty will not be able to join us tomorrow during the regular call,
but we've scheduled a special call with him late in the day. We'll try to
continue making progress on the main call as time permits.
