Can anyone yet offer to sponsor teleconferences?

As a fall-back, Carmelo, could we do the following?

   Early June - face-to-face - Washington, D.C. - NIST
   Early September - face-to-face - Washington, D.C. - NIST
   Early December - face-to-face - Washington, D.C. - XML'2000
   Early March - face-to-face - Washington, D.C. - NIST

Although I'd really rather not incur the travel burden ... those of you on 
the west coast who don't want to travel ... speak up!
