Minutes of the last meeting
     - review of minutes of last meeting 2002-12-17
       Dave Marston requested that we add a list of voting members absebt from the meeting.
       This affects Tom Amiro, who is expected to be leaving the committee.

Outstanding action items
     - Dave Marston:  xsl:number questions to XSLT WC.
       No reply yet.

Agenda items
     - Web page for tests (Carmelo and Morris)
       The tests can be placed on either the OASIS or NIST web sites.  Pranav and Carmelo
       will make this happen.
     - Prototype test suite
       The plan at the time of the meeting was for Jeff to package it up, and for Jeff and Gauri
       to test it.  Things have changed since the meeting -- a separate email will follow.
     - New Kavi system for Technical Committees (Jeff)
       Implementation has begun.
