Review of current Websockets binding wd09

Hi John,  I skimmed over the draft submitted for review ( https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/amqp-bindmap/download.php/57834/amqp-wsb-v1.0-wd09.pdf?referring_url=%2Fkws ) and spotted two or three nits related to 2 of the 4 resolved issues.
