WD8. The changes since WD7 are around:

 # Added an abstract
 # AMQPBINDMAP-27: expand getText() behaviour with 0 length data content to  cover multiple data sections
 # AMQPBINDMAP-29: note that implementations need cope with receiving any  integral type for the destination type annotations
 # AMQPBINDMAP-22: note that implementations need cope with receiving any  integral type for the message type annotation
 # AMQPBINDMAP-21: fix broken ref, remove containing paragraph as it is  simply describing things detailed in their own specs
 # remove comments around JMS 2.0 from properties/headers tables
