Step-down from Chair role and request for Persistent Non-Voting Member role in AMQP-BINDMAP TC

Dear Co-Chair - Robbie  based on my perception, that the AMQP ecosystem at OASIS is now in a  good shape as a whole I hereby step down from my chair role  with immediate effect. Thank you for acting as Co-Chair together with me after the former single chair's stepdown.  In addition I kindly request the change to Persistent Non-Voting Member.  This membership role best represents my future liaison and continued  support for the AMQP Bindings and Mappings topic.  I really enjoyed being an active member of this TC and look forward  to the future of the AMQP bindings and mappings in the wild and mixed  with MQTT on individual solution levels in the field.
