AMQP Indications of candidacy for TC Chair(s)

I am interested in serving as a co-chair of the OASIS AMQP Technical Committee. As requested by Chet, I have included a brief biographical statement below.  Thanks.  Ram works as a Senior Standards Professional at Microsoft. In that role for more than 5 years, he has played a pivotal role in the standardization of a number of Web services specifications. Ram has been involved with the AMQP Working Group since 2010 and has been instrumental in guiding the AMQP standardization work.  Over the years, Ram participated in a number of standards bodies, including OASIS, W3C, and WS-I, and served in many roles, including as a Chair. Prior to joining Microsoft, Ram worked for Sun Microsystems Inc. and was the Specification Lead for Java Transaction API and Java EE Connector Architecture 1.5 specification that defines the connectivity architecture for integrating Java EE based application servers with messaging, ERP, and legacy systems.
