Groups - AMQP Core Specification - Working Draft 2 uploaded

All,

 I have uploaded the latest working draft of the specification as we agreed at our last TC meeting.  There are still a number of outstanding non-resolved JIRAs which we expected to have completed by next week's TC meeting (i.e. by 31st Jan).  We will issue another working draft then.

 Outside of the issues covered by the eight unresolved JIRAs we do not expect there to be any further modifications.
