RE: Agenda for AMQP TC meeting 2012.01.31 [REVISED]

During this meeting, let’s endeavor to advance the issues in Resolved state to Closed, and identify resolutions to the New issues.
Issues in Resolved state: AMQP-11, AMQP-28, AMQP-30 through AMQP-35, AMQP-40, AMQP-43, AMQP-45 through AMQP-49.
Issues in New state: AMQP-29, AMQP-36 through AMQP-39, AMQP-41, AMQP-42, and AMQP-44.

The editors have been making good progress with resolving issues. As currently reflected in the JIRA database (  http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&mode=hide&pid=10082 ),  only AMQP-29, AMQP-38, AMQP-39, AMQP-42, and AMQP-44 currently remain in the unresolved state.

For the TC meeting on Jan 31 st  (tomorrow), please come prepared to advance all the Resolved issues to Closed, and to identify resolutions to remaining unresolved (New) issues. Also, if you have any questions or comments on the  Resolved or New issues, please post them before the meeting if at all possible.

Here is what we want to accomplish during the Jan 31 st  meeting:
1.
Move all Resolved issues to Closed.
2.
Resolve all remaining issues ( AMQP-29, AMQP-38, AMQP-39, AMQP-42, and AMQP-44 ).
3.
Ask editors to prepare the Committee Specification Draft (CSD) and Committee Specification Public Review Draft (CSPRD) packages (in preparation for the vote on Feb 14 th  TC meeting).

Preparations for approving Committee Specification Draft (CSD)

Our revised timeline (see [3] below) indicates CSD approval on Feb 14 th ! In order for that to occur, we need to do the following before Feb 14 th :
Close all the remaining issues.
Editors need to produce CSD version of the specification and package it along with sources, etc.
