Request to add filters to public registry

We define domain names in the document... but you could use swiftmq.com rather than iit.de since you own both I presume.
Obviously with these particular filter types we'd be hoping pretty quickly to copy them into the amqp domain.
One quick question - why is the source of no-local a list... could it not be, for instance, a boolean?
