2013 Q1 AMQP / AMQP-BINDMAP TC F2F Meeting

I'd like to close this vote shortly so we can narrow down the date/location by the end of the week.
Can anyone who has not responded yet and is interested in attending a potential AMQP technical face-to-face meeting please respond by close of business Wednesday December 12th.
