Addressing Meeting on Mon the 27th at 10AM EST

Hi Everyone, There will be a meeting next Monday Jan 27th at 10AM EST to review/discuss the latest draft of the addressing specification.
I will follow up later this week with the draft to be discussed.
We will use Rob's bridge.
This is the usual bridge used for the core TC meetings.
