Submitter's message As Rob noted in his earlier linkpair upload - After the last TC meeting a number of us agreed to go away and try to make some progress on the various work streams that we have outstanding.

Based on conversations with interested parties, this is a refresh of the CBS draft.
In addition, the AMQP JIRA has a new Claims Based Security component.
All current WD03 issues have been captured for further discussion.
