Committee Specification Draft Ballots

I just started 4 ballots and the respective notifications should reach all voting members of the TC.
The ballots are for approving the latest versions of the following documents as a committee specification draft.
Once the ballots close or have sufficient votes for a full majority, they will then be submitted for creating public review drafts.
