Event Streams draft delay

I promised I would get the first draft of the event streams spec out today, but I will need until EOW.
I’m trying to make sure that I define default behaviors for common constructs like partitions and offsets and consumer groups in a way that the client does not need to know about talking to an event stream node until it really wants to.
That’s more writing than I thought.
