XyEnterprise's Content@XML to be integrated with Pennant's Omega PS Logistics 
Support Analysis (LSA) Solution

READING, MA - October 17, 2000 - Xyvision Enterprise Solutions, Inc. 
(XyEnterprise), a leading developer of XML content management and publishing 
software, announced today that it has signed a significant worldwide OEM 
contract with Pennant Information Services Limited. Pennant is highly regarded 
for their Omega PS software, a product that is used worldwide to reduce the 
support costs and maintenance overhead of major capital equipment in the 
defense, aerospace and transportation markets. This agreement, which emphasizes 
XyEnterprise's ongoing focus on partnerships and strategic alliances, will 
strengthen both companies' software, data and e-services support for the 
requirements of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), technical documentation, 
production and training. This agreement became effective on September 1, 2000 
and addresses the needs of the large Pennant and XyEnterprise global customer 
base seeking professional data management solutions.

Ian Denholm, Director of Pennant Information Services Limited and Chief 
Executive of Pennant Information Services Inc. said, "The combination of 
our software, with that of XyEnterprise for content and document management 
solutions will streamline the total publications process, and ensure consistent 
content from product design through the in-service phase."

The main product highlighted in this agreement is XyEnterprise's Content@XML 
software, which is needed for the high-speed data and content management 
requirements. "It is a leading edge system that will provide a valuable 
tool for Pennant to manage the integration of product maintenance data for 
planning, support and training purposes," added Ian Denholm
