SOA Software Acquires ThoughtDigital 

 

Extends Its SOA Product Suite With New 
Publish and Subscribe Technology

Santa Monica, Calif.—March 14, 2005—SOA

governance solutions, announced today that it has acquired New York-based 
ThoughtDigital LLC, adding powerful event-based reliable messaging technology to 
SOA Software’s award winning product portfolio and increasing SOA Software’s 
presence in the eastern United States. 

 

The new technology from ThoughtDigital 
together with SOA Software’s Service Manager™, Registry and XML VPN™ combine to create the most complete SOA fabric

Web services management, security and UDDI—three of the essential parts of an 
SOA. ThoughtDigital’s innovative event-based reliable messaging technology adds
