[autorepair-req] Requirements Specification

Hi,
Further to my mail of 16/09 please could members of the SC1 sub-committee
send me their completed requirements specification documents. So far I've
only received one back (thanks to David Wilde) and I can't begin collating
the responses until we have some more back. The target is to have all
requirements collated by the next meeting on 18th October.

If anyone needs a resend of the materials (terms of reference and template
requirements document) then please let me know.
