DOJ / GTRI work on NIEM / IEPD and templates

I just found this today:

This seems a dead ringer for BCM and CAM templates = IEPD - Information Exchange Package Documentation.

I had not realized this before.

Just FYI at this point - pity there was no mention of BCM or accreditation here.
