ETSI ESI follow up

Dear TC
Following up on the question at today's meeting regarding liaising with ETSI ESI, I had a chat with Chet Ensign of OASIS.
In conclusion: We are indeed allowed and encouraged to establish technical liaisons directly between the TC and ETSI ESI, following the OASIS guidelines and policies:  http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/liaison#tcliaison
So Andrea can freely initiate the process as agreed in today's call.
