This is the latest CPP/CPA v3.0 XSD,  with minor updates to support BDXR-style discovery:
 -
Generalized the binding on actions to channels to channels in other CPP documents (rather than local ID references) so that a party can express that a third party handles actions on its behalf.
 -
Some cardinalities adjusted to support this.

 This schema was used for a discovery proof-of-concept presented in the BDXR TC.
