No meeting this week

Dear all

Following our meeting October 30 I created two tickets with TC Admin for our approval of the Business Document Metadata Service Location document as Committee Draft Specification, and for commencing the initial public review. TC Admin has confirmed that
 the tickets are created in the system and that we are "in the cue", but I have not received any further feedback. I propose that we therefore cancel this weeks meeting. Next TC meeting will be November 27, 2013 at 1600 CET.
