No conference call December 11 - next call will be December 18

I have received no input to the agenda for Wednesday this week, and we have received no feedback on the public review that needs to be addressed. So as agreed at our last conference call we will postpone the last call of the year until next week: Wednesday,  December 18 at 1600 CET.
