The following was agreed:
Simplify the specification to use simple URI form to express endpoint address (ServiceEndpointList/Endpoint/EndpointReference) instead of WSA. Description as well as schema and examples must be updated.  Remove references to START and LIME protocols from the specification as well as references as well as SOAP 1.1 requirements and other PEPPOL specific policies/requirements from appendix A.  OASIS has a namespace naming guideline:  http://docs.oasis-open.org/specGuidelines/namingGuidelines/resourceNaming.html#NamespaceDesign . Following  this guideline a suggestion for namespace declaration could be " http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/bdxr/smp/201404 "  To move the normative definitions from appendix A to a section within the specification.
