As you see, the ballot to approve  Business Document Metadata Service Location Version 1.0 with Non-Material Changes as a Committee Specification has passed.
TC Admin will not publish the Committee Specification and announce it to the TC and OASIS when it is ready. TC Admin JIRA ticket   https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-1781  has been set up to track this work.
Please let me  know if you have any questions on this. We'll let you know when the CS is ready.

Description
