All voting members were present at the meeting.



Kenneth Bengtsson made the motion that the TC approve Exchange Header Envelope (XHE)

Version 1.0 contained in the OASIS subfolder in https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/62598/xhe-v1.0-csprd01-20180226-2250z.zip
  as a Committee Specification Draft and further approve releasing the approved Draft for a 30 day public review. The motion was seconded by Ken Holman.



The motion was unanimously approved.



SMP 2.0



Latest version of proposed XML schemas for SMP 2.0:

Erlend will work on a proposal for SMP 2.0 redirects, and Kenneth will finish up the remaining portions of the prose specification.
