Dear BDXR TC

 

Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, on behalf of the Business Payments Coalition and their 4 Corner E-Invoice Proof of Concept project, is successfully using Service Metadata Publishing (SMP) Version 2.0 Committee Specification 02 published
 on January 16 2020 in accordance with the mandatory conformance clauses specified therein and OASIS policy. This successful use/implementation included testing against independent implementations.
