Version 2.0 as Candidate OASIS Standard 02 and present this Candidate OASIS Standard to the membership for an OASIS Standard Call for Consent Notes: The approved comment resolution log is available here:  https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=68140&wg_abbrev=bdxr . One non-material change was made as a response for one comment. The change is documented in the comment resolution as well as in the minutes of the meeting approving the request for this Special Majority Vote, and in the package of the working draft is a version with track changes enabled. The TC affirms that the change made is non-material.
