First BDXR TC Vitality check completed

Dear Chet

With the approval of the clarified charter last week, the BDXR TC has completed the new TC Vitality check as required by the OASIS TC Process. The TC has decided to continue its activities with the, now approved, clarified charter:  https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=3554

A call for candidates was sent to the TC here:

And yielded only one candidate (me):
