Reminder - Comments on INCITS document due today

Please send any comments or contributions you have towards
the INCITS BIAS base document today, if possible.  Though this action item from
Meeting #1 is due today, inputs will be accepted tomorrow as well (a little
break, due to the Easter holiday J).
