Public Review and Next Meeting

Our next meeting will be Tuesday the 20th (please try to attend). We have had a few editorial / minor (non-material) changes come in so far from TC members. My plan for the call on the 20th is to run through these changes really quick and ask for an up/down vote on accepting them. So please review them ahead of the meeting to make sure you understand what the changes are.
If there are no material changes, then I would like to move immediately to a CS ballot. If there are one or more material changes, then we will do another CSD ballot immediately after the call and another 15-day public review. We are so close to being done-done.
This also means, if you have any changes or things you need to see happen in this version, please bring them up now. Also, if you know of any issues, now is the time to bring them up. It is so much easier to fix them before the final version is minted.
