FWD: [regrep] Core Components XML Serialization: Workplan

Fellow CAMrs,

This work over in Registry on CCTS marries nicely
into our work so far on ContentReferencing.

Obviously if we have consistent metadata in the
registry - this facilitates CAM processors being
able to leverage that.

I've cc'd Joe here - as he did not make it 100%
clear how to join the SC - I'm assuming interested
folks can at least observe over with that group.

Anyway - I myself will be assisting Joe with
the task of CCXS - and reporting back as makes
sense here.

Looking forward to this important next step
in the landscape of content assembly templates.

Attached please find a preliminary workplan for the Core Components XML
Serialization work that we are about to undertake. The workplan calls
for work to begin Monday, 6/2, and end 8/29 (just before Labor Day). I
hope we can discuss this on tomorrow's call.
