removed previous proposal ( https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/camp/download.php/49011/camp-spec-v1.1-wd08-issue-65-pdp-zip-v2.docx ) as the call last week (1 may) identified serious flaws.  ZIP has a hard file-size limit, and there are compelling reasons to support other archive formats.

PS i will shortly post another proposal addressing this (currently in discussion on the mailing list)
