Map Common type not used for any resource attributes

The new Map common type is represented as an array of elements, where each element has a key and a value.

I am assuming the value can be from any of the Camp Common types.

Is this array ordered?  Does the order matter?

Also the Map type is not used in any of the existing attribute definitions in WD10 of the CAMP spec.

Is it supposed to be used in any of the new Parameter types?  Where is it supposed to be used?
