David Snelling confirmed to me that Fujitsu in UK can meet our hosting needs Oct 14-16. 

See attached some location info (2-years old). It is very close to Heathrow. There are walking distance inexpensive hotels nearby (I used Premier Inn).

Martin: Do we plan to have more than 10 people?
