The operation resource represent an operation that can be invoked on an assembly, component, or sensor via a POST request. RE-47 states: "The Operation MAY require content in the body of the POST, such as parameters." However, as of WD35 there is no way to indicate what those parameters might be; the operation resource does not have a parameter_definitions_uri attribute the way "assemblies", "service", and "plans" do.
