Clarification of the CAMP TC charter

OASIS members:

The OASIS Cloud Application Management for Platforms (CAMP) TC voted on 09 October 2014 to clarify its charter.

The ballot to approve the charter clarification is located at:

The TC made one change to the charter. In "A list of deliverables," 2nd bullet, the 2nd sentence was changed from "The exit criteria must be met before the deliverable advances to Committee Specification" to "The exit criteria must be met before the deliverable advances to OASIS Standard."
