I've uploaded a document that lists the CAMP resources and the HTTP methods they should support (IMO) here: https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/camp/download.php/55352/resources-methods-v1.docx
I think if we can come to agreement on this list, the rest will just fall into place.
