        * Changed description of "collection resource" to clarify that is an improper subset of the collection.

* Fixed wording of RE-84 for clarity.

* Added new requirement, RE-87, on the value of the start_index attribute of the "collection resource". It reads: "If the start_index query parameter was used on the HTTP GET request, the value of this attribute SHALL equal the value of that query parameter.

* Added the following sentence to the description of sort ordering (Section 7.3.2.1): "For all scalar attribute types a value of null is considered to be the lowest value; appearing first when sorting in ascending order and last when sorting in descending order."

* Changed the wording of Sections 7.3.2.1.* to remove mention of null, and simplify/clarify String and URI attributes.
