This is a simple test of interpolated interior in elliptical style, 
comparable to interpolated-interior-01 (parallel style).  It has one stage, 
from black at the center of a circle to white at the edge.

Per telecon comments about simplicity versus thoroughness -- I think these 
two tests should suffice for Interpolated Interior in the 2.0 
suite.  Anyone disagree?
