OASIS web server

The OASIS web server has been hacked. The various web sites (OASIS, ebXML,
XML.org, CGMOpen, Cover Pages) are still running, but we have had to turn
off all logins (incl. ftp) while we clean up. You won't have any access to
your committee web pages for a few days, and we will have to issue new
logins and passwords before we get things back up.
