Subject: [chairs] TC slides, TC leadership sessions at Symposium & after

Reminders:
-- If Jane Harnad or Mary McRae or I have not received a few slides
from your TC, by the time we conduct the "lightning round" descriptions at
our annual general meeting this next
Tuesday
(http://www.oasis-open.org/events/symposium_2005/related_events.php#agm),
we *still* will talk about your TC, but we'll have to make up what we
say. So if you have not sent us 1 or 2 summary-of-progress slides, please
consider doing so by Monday.
-- If you will be present to talk briefly for your TC at those
sessions, please let me know directly.
-- TC leadership sessions in New Orleans will be held on Sunday
afternoon and Wednesday evening: we have a significant number of TC
chairs signed-up already
(http://www.oasis-open.org/events/symposium_2005/related_events.php#roberts_
rules).
At these sessions we will discuss the implementation of the new TC Process
and IPR rule revisions, among other things.
-- After the Symposium week, we will set another series of call-in
conference call-in sessions to repeat and extend those conversations with
those unable to join us in Louisiana.

     Best regards JBC
