SCM plans?

are there plans for oasis to have an SCM accessible to the TCs? 
currently we have conformance tests that have to be updated en masse 
every time there is an update. it would sure be nice if subversion was 
setup somewhere on the mothership so that we can track incremental 
changes sanely.
