Ballot results

I was surprised to discover that

is not public. Are the results of ballots published anywhere? If not,
may I suggest that they should be :-)

If they can't be, I think that it would be appropriate for the TC
Administrator at least to send a summary of the results to a public
list.

I'd like to be able to "prove" that my TCs specification *was actually
approved* as a CS. :-)
