iCAL and Web Services Question

In the 1.1 version of oBIX, we wish to add the ability for
Building Systems and their processes to be scheduled using the iCAL standard. The
problem is, it appears there is not any complete standard XML serialization of
ICAL. The XCAL committee seems not to have met for a while, although there work
is undone.

 

Has anyone incorporated iCAL into their spec? If so, can you
or someone on your committee share the experience and what you did?
